Our Downtown Dallas wedding locations offer a variety of spaces to suit your needs. Choose from one of our elegant ballrooms to a small intimate location, and every venue in between. No matter what location you select at Hyatt Regency Dallas, rest assured that your wedding guests will enjoy the best experience possible during their stay in Dallas.

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our Dallas, Texas wedding locations and reception facilities offer individual controls for heat/air-conditioning, sound, music,  multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.


Landmark ballroom at Hyatt Regency Dallas
With thirty-foot ceilings and twelve balconies, Landmark Ballroom is one of the largest ballrooms in Dallas with 30,000 square feet of uninterrupted space perfect for your dream wedding. Our state-of-the art Dallas hotel ballroom can be easily customized to any wedding theme, from simple to elaborate.

Landmark ballroom features twelve balconies eight feet above the ballroom floor. Each is suitable for production equipment, lighting controls, spot lighting and decoration. Landmark balconies will also accommodate a limited performance area.

The bright and airy foyer is ideal for your welcome reception with access to an outdoor patio to give your guests freedom to move throughout the area and a beautiful view of the city of Dallas. Let us help you plan your unforgettable day with an event in this landmark setting.

Reunion ballroom at Hyatt Regency Dallas
With twenty-one crystal chandeliers, crystal wall sconces, spacious foyers and Texas-sized elegance, Reunion ballroom is a newly renovated ballroom that provides great dining spaces and technological advancements with full production capabilities. Reunion ballroom offers 19,400 square feet of space and may be divided into seven (7) sections. Reunion ballroom is located on our lobby level and can accommodate up to 1,900 people.


Pegasus ballroom at Hyatt Regency Dallas
A Dallas icon, Pegasus ballroom is a newly renovated ballroom that provides a beautiful location for ceremony or reception. Technologically advanced with full production capabilities, Pegasus ballroom offers 3,190 square feet of space and may be divided into two (2) sections. Pegasus ballroom is located on our lobby level and can accommodate up to 250 guests.
