Landmark Ballroom
One of the largest ballrooms in Dallas, the Landmark offers 30,000 square feet of uninterrupted space. With the ability to comfortably accommodate 50 to 2,600 people for luncheons and dinners, this space is perfect for galas and fundraisers of any size. The Landmark Ballroom features twelve balconies eight feet above the ballroom floor. Each is suitable for production equipment, lighting controls, spot lighting and decoration. Landmark balconies will also accommodate a limited performance area. (The Landmark Ballroom will accommodate up to 3,600 for a cocktail reception.)

The audio/visual capabilities and 30-foot ceilings of Landmark Ballroom will allow you and your catering manager plenty of opportunities to make your event stand out. The bright and airy adjacent foyer is ideal for registrations, receptions and auctions. Access to an outdoor patio will give your guests a beautiful view of the city and freedom to move through the area.
Reunion Ballroom
This versatile, technologically advanced full production ballroom ranks far above others of its size in the region. This newly renovated 19,400 square feet facility located on the lobby level, has a 9,000 square foot prefunction area.  Hyatt Regency Dallas is one of the most architecturally distinctive buildings in the world, and the Reunion Ballroom captures the hotel’s essence. Rich earth tones combine with warm woods and tapestry wall panels to complete the decor throughout the ballroom and prefunction area. Twenty-one crystal chandeliers matched by crystal wall sconces on each side of the entrance doors lend an elegant feel to any event. The Reunion Ballroom will accommodate 2,000 for a formal banquet and 3,000 for a cocktail reception.
Pegasus Ballroom
Named for the "Flying Red Horse", long an icon in the City of Dallas, this traditionally appointed 3,200 square foot ballroom divides into two fully functional sections. The 12-ft high coved ceiling holds one large crystal chandelier per section, making an elegant presentation for any occasion. Walls are adorned with warm woods. The newly renovated 3,190 square foot Pegasus Ballroom will accommodate 250 for a formal banquet and 300 for a cocktail reception.
Marsalis Hall
This fully carpeted, state-of-the-art exhibit hall offers 39,000 square feet of divisible function space accommodating 3,100 for a formal banquet and up to 4,000 for a cocktail function. Located on the Exhibition Level of the Hyatt Regency Dallas, Marsalis Hall can be subdivided into two sections with a 6,000 square foot prefunction area.
Cumberland Hall
The completely divisible Cumberland Hall is subdivided into 12 sections that can become up to 23 spaces measuring from 1,363 square feet to 372 square feet.
